- BAIN, INC., CENTER FOR INDEPENDENT LIVING, is dedicated to promoting independence and improving the quality of life for individuals with disabilities in South Georgia.
- CASA OF SOUTHWEST GA., INC., provides court appointed special advocates for children through the court and government agency process.
- DECATUR COUNTY FAMILY CONNECTION, INC., and its ESCAPE program, identifies and serves elementary-aged students who are highly at-risk of becoming juvenile offenders or dropping out of school.
- DECATUR COUNTY NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE CENTER, provides after school services, summer camps for disadvantaged children, and parenting classes.
- FRIENDS WITH JESUS, INC.,/FRIENDSHIP HOUSE, offers free services to children in low income families to help reduce or eliminate the influence of crime and poverty among at-risk youth.
- HALCYON HOME, INC., is dedicated to providing safe shelter and support services for victims of domestic violence, their children, and survivors of sexual assault, as well as to promote community awareness and education to help prevent and break the cycle of violence.
- THE LAYMEN BROTHERHOOD SECOND CHANCE OUTREACH CENTER, INC., provides structured outreach and support to at-risk adult men.
- LIFE - DECATUR COUNTY CERTIFIED LITERATE COMMUNITY, encourages literacy and promotes the value of the GED program by providing scholarships and reading programs.
- RISE - EDUCATIONAL TUTORING, INC., provides tutoring to students in K-5 grades in the academic areas of reading and math.
